Through his excellent experience and knowledge of construction law, he was able to get the contractor to agree to complete much of the work not done, redo work done poorly, and get a refund for work they were unable to complete.

In the end, we were able to get rid of the bad contractor with a settlement payment from them. After this experience we were able to use the invaluable education David gave us to hire a very good contractor to finish this project.
